TERMS OF PURCHASE AGREEMENT

This Terms of Purchase Agreement ("Agreement") governs all purchases made through https://www.hisdailybread.co/ ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.
1. Order Acceptance & Processing
- All orders placed on https://www.hisdailybread.co/ are subject to acceptance and availability.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to cases of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or stock unavailability.

Orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Processing times may be extended during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances.
2. Pricing & Payment
- All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.
- By submitting payment, you authorize us to charge the provided payment method for the full order amount, including applicable taxes and shipping fees.
- We are not responsible for any additional fees charged by your financial institution, including foreign transaction fees.
3. Shipping & Delivery
- Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. These estimates are subject to change based on carrier availability and external factors.
- We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by third-party carriers, customs processing, or force majeure events.
- Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.
4. Returns & Refund Policy
- We only accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided that items are in their original, unworn condition with tags attached. Items not meeting these criteria may be refused.
- To initiate a return, customers must submit a return request via contact@hisdailybread.co and follow the provided instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
5. Exchange Policy
- We allow exchanges for size or color within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, in original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
- Exchange requests can be submitted via contact@hisdailybread.co, and customers are responsible for return shipping unless the exchange is due to an error on our part.
- If the desired item is unavailable, we may offer store credit or a refund.
6. Cancellation Policy
- Orders may be canceled within 48 hours of purchase. Once an order has been processed for shipping, it cannot be canceled.
- If a cancellation request is approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days.
7. Product Availability & Descriptions
- We strive to display accurate product descriptions and images, but we do not guarantee that colors, sizes, or other features will be accurately represented on all screens.
- We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time without notice.
8. Disclaimer Of Warranties & Liability
- All products are sold "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or website.
9. Governing Law
- This Agreement is governed by the laws of Texas without regard to conflict of law principles.
- Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be resolved in the courts of Texas.
